The deal, in plain words.

By creating an account or using Overall Retailer CRM, you agree to these terms. If you are signing up for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept them on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Overall is software for running a retail shop: customers, products, stock, orders, invoices, and reporting. We provide it as a hosted service, and we improve it over time.

Features may change. If we remove something you depend on, we will give you reasonable notice rather than pulling it out from under you.

• Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep them current.
• Your password is yours to protect. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• New accounts may need approval before they can be used. We may decline an account without giving a reason.
• Tell us promptly at contact@overall.co.in if you think someone else has access.

Everything you put into Overall — your customers, products, orders and invoices — belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it and we do not sell it. We hold it so the software can do its job, and you can export it.

Because those records include other people’s personal details, you are responsible for having the right to collect them and for handling requests to correct or delete them. Overall gives you the tools; the obligation is yours.

How we handle data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

• Break the law, or use Overall to help someone else do so
• Upload malware, or try to break into other accounts or our systems
• Resell or white-label Overall without a written agreement
• Scrape or bulk-extract data through automated means outside the intended features
• Use the AI features to generate misleading images of products you do not sell

AI photo generation runs on a credit system. Each generated photo costs one credit. Written descriptions on their own are free and never consume a credit.

• New stores receive a number of free photos so you can judge the feature before paying.
• Purchased credits do not expire while your account is open, and are tied to your store — they cannot be transferred.
• A failed generation costs nothing. If a photo fails to generate, the credit is returned automatically.
• A credit spent on a photo you simply did not like is not refundable — the generation ran and cost us real money. Use the free photos to decide whether the feature suits your products.

AI output is generated by a machine and can be wrong. Check every generated photo and description before you publish it. You are responsible for what you show your customers.

Credit purchases are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include any taxes stated at checkout. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

If a payment succeeds but credits do not appear within a few minutes, contact us with the payment reference and we will fix it.

We work to keep Overall running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, hosting failures, and problems at providers we depend on can all cause downtime.

Offline billing lets the counter keep selling through a network outage, and queued sales upload when the connection returns. It is a safety net, not a guarantee — keep your own record of anything critical.

Overall is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, or indirect losses arising from your use of the service.

Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Overall at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts other users at risk.

Before you go, export anything you need. After deletion we cannot recover it. Unused credits are not refunded when an account is closed at your request.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms as Overall grows. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you inside the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Overall after that means you accept the new terms.
